Dear Lisa and Jonathan,  

I want to thank you both so very much for all that you did to make Jackie and John's wedding so beautiful and memorable.   There were so many factors that you had to deal with, and despite heat, guest food requests (french fries, etc), and a cranky momzilla you met each need (and then some) while consistently demonstrating thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism.   I wanted to share some of the comments I've heard from folks who attended: (Please note this is only a sampling... mamy of these comments were said repeatedly by various attendees):  

"This is one of the best meals I have ever had at a wedding or anywhere for that matter".

"The food was phenomenal, it was exceptionally well done". "Where did you buy the cake from? 

It was the best I have had".  (PS this was said by a person who is a professional baker)

"Lisa and Jonathan did a terrific job, they worked very hard and it was clear they take pride in what they do".

"Who catered this wedding?  We have one coming up and are looking for ideas".

"The wedding was beautiful, what a great setting, too bad it wasn't cooler".

"I couldn't believe how many wonderful hors devours there were, the lamb chops and shrimp were wonderful".

"This was impressive, what a great job".

"I loved the fruit and crudite' how refreshing on a hot day".

"That was the best filet I've had in my life.... (said by a gentleman who is 82)"

And most important.... stated by the bride:  

"Mom and Dad thank-you.... this is exactly what I'd hoped for. Lisa and Jonathan are awesome".  

Sometimes it's hard to truly demonstrate appreciation in words, Dave and I are so moved by all that you did.

Thank you so much for a most memorable evening of dining at the Vienna Restaurant last Thursday.  I have never tasted such wonderful hors d’oeuvres.  Even one of our most upscale restaurants in the greater Nashua area could not compare to the Vienna.

The entrees were outstanding.  I received such positive feedback from our Staff.  As we had a party of 19, I had chosen to limit the number of entrees for people to select from.  However, you graciously honored special requests at a moment’s notice.  We were very impressed with the waitstaff.  The head server explained things in a very clear and pleasant manner.  Impeccable service.

Though my husband and I live one plus hours away, we plan to drive to visit the Vienna for a special dinner.  Should we bring our Black Lab, Fenway... to meet Skeeter?  We met Skeeter when my co-worker and I had a site visit there a couple weeks ago.  He’s a great dog!

Dear Lisa and Jonathan,

 I wanted to send you a note to thank you both for helping to make Steve’s 50th Birthday Oktoberfest party such a terrific success. Everything came together perfectly and it was certainly a memorable evening for everyone. Steve may never recover from being met at the door by me in that dirndl holding a frosty beer for him!

Thank you for the fantastic catering job.  I still cannot believe the huge range of food you prepared and how delicious and authentic everything was.  So many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the delectable food.  I think the menu favorites were the fried camembert cheese, the wiener schnitzel, the beef tenderloin, and of course, the Beef Rouladen.   But, it was a hard choice since all of the food was fabulous.

I had so much fun planning the party and really appreciated your creative menu ideas and suggestions on how organize the entire party, even beyond the food.  You really helped to make everything go smoothly and I felt fortunate to have such competent and experienced people assisting me.  I would not hesitate to hire you again or to suggest the Vienna to anyone!

Steve and I hope to make it out to Southbridge sometime soon to enjoy another delicious Vienna meal.  Thank you again -- it was truly a pleasure working with you both.

My friends and I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant this past Friday evening, and I want to send a quick note of appreciation to you. Of particular note, our server Luke was excellent - great service, thoughtful recommendations - he certainly made the experience that much better. The food was also excellent, with a fine selection of beverages to choose from. Overall we has a fantastic time, and would definitely come again as well as recommend it to others.
